The Early Years

In 1974, founder and President Richard Dasch was running a thriving luxury hotel supply business based in the Washington, D. C. area.  His expertise included cleaning chemicals and floor finishes, but hotel managers were constantly asking him how to take care of the stone and marble in their guest rooms and lobbies.  Dasch saw an opportunity to expand his business, so he immersed himself in the study and practice of fine stone care.

Dasch and his family have since built Rose Restoration into one of the most respected stone care companies in the nation.  For over 30 years, Rose Restoration has been an award-winning leader in hotel cleaning and fine stone restoration.  Family-managed since its founding in 1978, Rose Restoration has grown steadily over time due to our personal attention to detail.

Luxury Hotel Cleaning

The trust that we garnered from highly satisfied hotel managers, eventually encouraged Rose Restoration to expand into luxury hotel general cleaning.  Today, third-shift cleaning has become our primary focus and fastest growing division.

We are now a full-service hotel cleaning and stone maintenance company, based on the foundation of the personal recommendations of hotel executives, who re-enlist our services when transferring to other properties.
